By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Kiiwee Live app, you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the app.
Account Creation: To access Kiiwee Live, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password.
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not access or use the Kiiwee Live app for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
User Contributions: Kiiwee Live may invite you to chat, contribute to, or participate in blogs, message boards, online forums, and other functionality, and may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials to us or on the app.
Licensing: By posting your contributions on or through the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties the contributions.
Adherence to Guidelines: Before logging in or registering, you must read and agree to adhere to our Community Guidelines, which are designed to ensure a respectful and safe environment for all users. Failure to comply with these guidelines, especially in cases of severe violations, may result in the suspension or banning of your account, for which any resulting damages or losses will be your responsibility.
